Rail road operations around the world are being legislated to contain and purify residual water resulting from washing rail mounted equipment. It is no longer acceptable, or legal to simply pressure wash the rail roads and allow the residual water to run off. Rail Road operators must install a containment system, capture the residual water and process it through a purification system before discharging.

Our total system comes trailer mounted and is complete with a Kyoto Containment Mat® on a reel, reservoir, purification system and pressure washer. An operator simply pulls the mat off the reel, secures it to rail road track with supplied magnets, sets up the submersible pump, turns on the system and begins washing. All effluents are contained by the mat and purified before being discharged. With this system rail road operators are instantly compliant with EPA and Clean Water Act regulations.
